Greaseproof sheets and produce bags — the two nobody orders until they need them
Red-checker greaseproof paper (12x12) is a basket liner, a wrap for fried items, and a plate presentation layer all at once. It is also the cheapest way to make a plain basket of fries look intentional.
Low-density produce bags (10x6x20) are for portioned prep, bulk storage and anything that goes into the walk-in. They are the least expensive item in the category and the one that most often gets forgotten off the order.
